Subject of Service
Naples Painting Experience offers painting workshops, itinerant artistic experiences, team building activities, and artistic services for events and weddings.
Bookings and Payments
To confirm the quote, a 20% deposit is required to cover materials.
The quote is valid for 10 days.
Any payment methods will be defined during the confirmation phase..
Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 days from the event date: A full refund of the deposit paid is guaranteed. Alternatively, it is possible to agree on a date change without penalties (subject to availability).
From 6 to 3 days before the event date: The 20% deposit is retained in full to cover organizational costs and the commitment to the date, which has been reserved exclusively for the client, precluding other bookings.
Within 48 hours or on the same day: Cancellation does not entitle to any refund. The client is required to pay the full amount (100%) of the agreed quote. This sum is due as compensation for out-of-pocket expenses incurred (materials, logistics, staff) and for the definitive blocking of the date, which makes it impossible to reassign the service to third parties with such short notice.
Variation in the number of participants: The quote is calculated based on the number of participants confirmed during the booking phase. Any reductions in the number of participants communicated less than 48 hours before the event will not result in a reduction of the total agreed price.
Cancellation by the Organization (Force Majeure)
Should Naples Painting Experience be forced to cancel the event due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions for outdoor activities, sudden unavailability of spaces, or documented health reasons), the client will be offered two options:
Full Refund: The client may request a refund of the entire amount paid (including the deposit). In this case, the contract is considered terminated and no further sum will be due.
Postponement of the Activity: The client can choose to agree on a new date for the workshop. In this case, the deposit already paid will be retained and validated as a guarantee for the new appointment, without any additional cost for the rescheduling.
Responsibility
Artistic materials are provided by Naples Painting Experience, which guarantees their quality for the activity. The participant agrees to use them with due care and diligence.
Naples Painting Experience disclaims all liability for:
Damage to clothing or personal items: Any stains, wear, or accidental damage occurring during the painting experience.
\Personal injury:\ Any injuries resulting from improper use of materials or equipment.
Loss or theft:\ Loss of personal belongings left unattended during the event.
Intellectual Property
All site content (texts, photos, artworks) is the property of \Naples Painting Experience\ and reproduction without authorization is prohibited. Works created by participants during workshops belong to the participants themselves.
